How far in advance should I book a floral bar?

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance. For luxury and bespoke experiences like The Lil Miss Florist Garden and The Rose Court, 8-12 weeks is ideal.

What occasions are floral bars perfect for?

Floral bars are a beautiful addition to bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, corporate events, wedding welcome parties, girls nights, and milestone celebrations.

Do guests need any floral experience to participate?

No experience needed. Our self-guided Conservatory experience comes with a bouquet recipe and all tools. For hosted experiences, a Lil Miss Florist designer guides every guest from start to finish.

What is included in the flower bar packages?

Equipment-only packages include the styled floral cart and setup. Floral packages (The Conservatory and above) include fresh seasonal blooms, vases, styling tools, setup, and breakdown.

Can I book a floral bar for a corporate event?

Absolutely. We work with apartment communities, businesses, brand activations, and corporate wellness events across Maryland and the DC Metro area.

How much does a floral bar experience cost?

Experiences start at $600 for The Petal Parlour and range to $2,990+ for The Lil Miss Florist Garden. The Rose Court is custom quote. All pricing includes setup and breakdown.

Are flowers included with every experience?

Flowers are included with The Conservatory, The Garden Soirée, The Lil Miss Florist Garden, and The Rose Court. The Petal Parlour and The Garden Party are styled equipment experiences — fresh flowers are not included with those two tiers.

How do I reserve my event date?

Contact us to share your event details and receive a customized quote. A 40% non-refundable booking retainer is required when your quote is accepted to reserve your date. The remaining 60% balance is due 14 days before the event. A separate refundable equipment security deposit may also apply and will be outlined in your quote.

Are delivery and setup included?

Yes — delivery, setup, and breakdown are included within a 30-mile radius. Additional travel beyond that distance is available at $2.50 per mile. Contact us to confirm delivery details for your venue.

Can I book within 14 days of my event?

Yes, based on availability. Events booked within 14 days of the event date require payment in full at the time of booking. Reach out through our Contact page to check what's possible for your date.

Can I choose my bouquet size and flower varieties?

Yes. Bouquets are available in four sizes — Petite, Signature, Garden, and Grand — so you can choose the scale that fits your celebration. Standard seasonal flowers are included where applicable; premium blooms are available for an additional charge based on seasonal availability and market pricing.
