If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please request a return before sending your item.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

If approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions for sending your item

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (fresh flowers, snack bouquets, plants)
  • Custom or by-request creations
  • Made-to-order print-on-demand items (apparel, mugs, journals), unless defective
  • Personal care items (skincare, bath products)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

If you’re unsure about a product, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank

If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
